The ExperienceThe experience is a guided visit to several bars in Ponta Delgada and lasts approximately 3 hours.The experience includes select drinks and/or perks as described on the experience page.As alcohol is involved, participants must be 18 years or older. Valid ID may be requested at the start of the tour.
3. Participation RequirementsOnly guests 18 years or older may join.Comfortable footwear is recommended.Participants must show up sober. The host reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without refund.
4. Changes or Cancellation by the OrganizerThe experience may be canceled or rescheduled in case of bad weather, unexpected situations, or if the minimum number of participants is not met.In such cases, you’ll be offered a new date or a full refund.
5. LiabilityParticipants are responsible for their own behavior during the tour.The host is not liable for any loss, damage, or accident caused by the participant’s negligence.
